Thank you for shopping with atCreativeAvenue. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your paint-by-number kits to customers around the world.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Customized and made-to-order kits may require additional processing time. Estimated times will be displayed at checkout and confirmed by email.

Fulfillment origin:
All orders are shipped from our Asia fulfillment warehouse.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping options available at checkout include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–16 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times vary by destination and are only estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside our control.

Total estimated delivery time:
Total estimated delivery time is typically 9–21 business days from the date of order (processing time plus shipping time). This is an estimate only and may vary by destination.

Final delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by exact location. Remote areas, islands, or locations with limited carrier coverage may take longer.

Express / Priority Shipping:
In some locations we can offer Express or Priority shipping. If you want these options, please contact us before or right after placing your order so we can confirm availability, price, and delivery estimate for your destination.

30-day delivery rule (UK/EU consumers):
Unless a longer delivery time is clearly agreed with you at checkout, UK and EU consumer law requires delivery within 30 days of purchase. If your order is not delivered within 30 days and you did not agree to a longer timeframe, you may contact us to set an additional delivery period. If we still fail to deliver within that period, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

In rare cases (for example peak seasons, customs holds, or carrier disruption), delivery may take longer than estimated. We will support you in tracking and resolution.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.

Free shipping:
We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD (or the equivalent of 40 EUR / 35 GBP), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer additional free shipping promotions. Check our homepage for current offers.

4. International Shipping

We deliver worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

You are responsible for any customs clearance procedures. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

DDU basis:
Our shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means you are responsible for paying any local customs duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and import fees upon arrival in your destination country.

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable for shipping due to carrier, customs, or local restrictions. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before ordering.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Carriers:
We use different carriers depending on destination, including Royal Mail, DHL, YunExpress, and local postal partners. Carrier choice is based on your location and shipping method.

6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery provider first, then contact us for further assistance.

If your order is returned to us due to address errors or non-collection, we can reship (additional charges may apply) or refund the product price (shipping costs may be non-refundable).

We ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, and military addresses where carriers allow delivery.

Split shipments:
We normally ship your entire order together. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we may contact you to discuss options.

Risk of loss (UK/EU consumers):
For UK and EU consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and contents.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@atcreativeavenue.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost package definition and resolution:
A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 30 days after shipment or if it has not arrived within 60 days of shipment. Once confirmed lost, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you by email. You may choose to reship (additional charges may apply) or receive a refund for the item cost (shipping costs may not be refundable).

Customs refusal:
If an order is refused by the recipient due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and is subsequently returned to us, we will refund the item cost only, minus any return shipping costs, return duties/taxes, or carrier handling fees we incur.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
