1. Legal Right to Cancel (EU/UK Customers)
If you are a customer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- Email us at hello@atcreativeavenue.store within 14 days of receiving your order and state your wish to cancel.
- Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.
- We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or proof of their return.
- The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are personalized, custom-made, or sealed items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
2. Our Voluntary Returns Policy (Worldwide)
Even if you’re not in the EU/UK, or your purchase is outside the 14-day legal period, we want you to be happy! You may return most products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
How to start a return:- Contact us at hello@atcreativeavenue.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions (including the returns address).
- Package your items securely and send them to us (return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless otherwise stated).
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
- We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and clearly state you’d like an exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send the replacement item, subject to stock availability.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs (contact us as soon as possible for a quick resolution).
5. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@atcreativeavenue.store with photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or personalized kits
- Opened or used kits where return poses hygiene issues
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
7. Return Shipping
- For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, we cover return shipping.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
